Organizational Changes At HydraForce

| Diesel Progress (August 8, 2008) - HydraForce, the Lincolnshire, Ill., headquartered manufacturer of high performance hydraulic valves and electrohydraulic control systems, has announced several significant organizational changes. Tony Casale will assume the position of vice president Sales and Marketing, effective January 1, 2009. He succeeds Dick Fontecchio, one of the founders of HydraForce, who will retire at the end of the year. Fontecchio will remain a shareholder and a member of the board of directors.

PT/MC Sales Rebound According to PTDA's June 2008 Market Outlook Report Data

| PTDA (August 6, 2008) - The Power Transmission Distributors Association (PTDA) today released June 2008 month-end trend data for distributors and manufacturers of power transmission/motion control (PT/MC) products. U.S. distributors’ overall sales of PT/MC products rose 2.7 percent in June 2008 compared to May 2008. When matched up against sales in the same month last year, sales in June 2008 were up 2.1 percent. Accounts receivable collection days dropped 2.3 percent since May 2008. The confidence index of U.S. distributors for June remained flat at 5.6 (on a 10-point scale).

Parker Surpasses $12 Billion in Sales and Delivers All-Time Records for Sales, Earnings and Operating Cash Flow

| Parker Hannifin (July 31, 2008) - Parker Hannifin Corporation today reported results for the fourth quarter and for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2008. These results mark all-time records for Parker in annual sales, earnings and cash flow from operating activities. For the 2008 fiscal year, the company surpassed $12 billion in sales for the first time in its 90 year history. Sales reached a record $12.1 billion, an increase of 13.3 percent from the previous year, including 4.8 percent organic growth. Net income increased 14.4 percent to $949.5 million, compared to $830.0 million a year ago. |

| Sauer-Danfoss (July 30, 2008) - Sauer-Danfoss Inc. today announced its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2008. The Company reported that net sales rose 21 percent to $611.5 million, compared to net sales of $503.5 million for the second quarter 2007. Excluding the impact of currency translation rate changes and divestitures, sales in the second quarter increased 12 percent over last year's second quarter. |

Pushed by the pump and with only hoses and tubes for direction, the fluid cannot be expected to make good decisions as it travels through a machine. It will pick the easiest route, going where it gets the least resistance — like it or not. When directional control valves are placed in the system, the operator can finally manage the fluid and have it function as needed. |
