Will there be shuttle bus service to the show?
Shuttle bus services will be provided March 7-11 at most Official Show Hotels through the purchase of your Badge-Pack unless within walking distance.
Ride the Monorail for Free!
All CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE attendee Badge-Pack include a 3-day monorail pass. Scan your Badge-Packs QR code at the monorail gate to ride for free. Day 1 of your monorail pass is activated when you ride for the first time.
Is there parking available at the Las Vegas Convention Center?
Parking is not available on the Las Vegas Convention Center campus during the 2017 shows. There are several satellite parking lots around the convention center, including the Westgate Hotel (formerly Las Vegas Hotel) and Renaissance that will have parking available for a fee. Show Management strongly encourages attendees to take advantage of the complimentary show shuttle service from Official Show Hotels or the Complimentary Las Vegas Monorail included with your Badge-Pack.
Where should I pick up/drop off passengers at the show?
The South Hall entrance off of Swenson Drive and the Westgate Conference Center parking lot are both designated for passenger drop-off and pickup. These areas are designated as drop-off and pick-up areas only, and no parking is allowed.

How do I rent a scooter/wheelchair?
Scootaround is proud to be the exclusive provider of mobility solutions at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Through their onsite locations, you can rent mobility scooters and wheelchairs for CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE & IFPE. These will be available onsite at the FedEx Kinko’s, located in the South Hall and Grand Concourse of the Las Vegas Convention Center. Hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. during show days. For more information, call +1-888-441-7575. These will also be available in the Gold Lot and Bronze Lot near the shuttle bus areas during all show days from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Where can I check my coat/bags?
FedEx Business Services will provide bag and coat check service for a nominal charge per item. The two locations will be in the Bronze and Gold lots near the full service registration areas. Hotel Shuttle busses drop off at these locations.
Who do I contact to reserve meeting space at one of the official show hotels?
Contact the individual hotel sales department to inquire about availability and pricing unless you are asking about the Westgate. The Westgate is reserved for Exhibitor Meetings only.
Where is the lost and found?
Please turn in or pick up lost items in the Show Management Offices, N243 and S224. The offices will be open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm starting February 24.
Who do I call in the event of an emergency?
In the event of an emergency at the Las Vegas Convention Center, DO NOT call 911. Please contact the LVCVA Security Office at 702-892-7400. They will dispatch medical personnel to the scene. View map of first aid station locations.
In the event of an emergency at the Westgate Hotel, DO NOT call 911. Please contact the Westgate Security Office at 702-732-5414 or 5414 on a house phone. They will dispatch medical personnel to the scene.
Will there be interpretation services at the show?
Yes there will be interpretation services available within the International Trade Center (ITC) located on the 2nd floor of the Grand Lobby in room N250. However, these interpreters cannot leave the ITC and have a 2 hour time limit. Interpreters in the ITC will be available typically in the following languages: Spanish, Mandarin, Portuguese, Russian, German, Japanese, Korean, French, Arabic, and Italian.
How can I connect with attendees from other countries?
International Market Roundtables - AEM will host free, country-specific networking sessions sharing important information and insights about doing business in Southern Africa, Latin America, Chile, and India. Sessions will be on March 8th and 9th in the International Trade Center, located on the 2nd floor of the Grand Lobby in room N250.
Will there be a room for nursing mothers at the show?
Yes, the Las Vegas Convention Center now has three Mother’s Rooms to provide a quiet, private space for mothers while at the show. The rooms are located across from N253 North Hall and east of S228 Upper Level Bridge Complex, in the South Hall and a portable Mamava Suite that will be located on the first level near the entrance of N3 in the North Hall.
Will there be a prayer room located at the show?
Yes, there will be a prayer room located in the Westgate Convention Center in Conference Room 14. This conference room will be located in the CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE Education Area.
Am I allowed to use my service animal during the show?
Yes, service animals are always welcome. Refer to the American Disabilities Act (ADA) for the definition of a service animal.
What is the registration fee for a Badge-Pack?

Where can I go to register onsite or pick up my Badge-Pack?
Badge-Packs will not be mailed in advance. There are multiple ways you can pick up your Badge-Pack once you arrive in Las Vegas. Make sure you are registered prior to arriving at the show and you can pick your Badge-Packs up at one of 12 locations before you get to the show. Have your confirmation and ID with you. If you have not registered, need changes/edits or have a balance due, the 3 full service registration counters at the show can help you. Attendee and exhibitor badges will display the registrants Name, Company and City, State. The country will be displayed only if the registrant is from outside of the United States. All registrants are required to present their ID. Get your Badge-Pack!
Can I pick-up Badge-Packs for other people in my group?
A group contact can pick-up Badge-Packs for the group but will be responsible to distribute them to everyone. Badge-Packs will not be reprinted free of charge, so you must communicate to your group that you will be picking these up. To do this you will have to present your ID along with the confirmations including the barcodes to be scanned.
When will registration confirmations with the barcodes to be sent for scanning at the Badge-Pack pick-up locations?
These confirmations are set to be sent out by February 16 or sooner. After this date, all new registration and confirmations will automatically include the barcodes.
Show Badge-Packs & Lanyards
Attendees and Exhibitors must wear the official CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE & IFPE 2017 Show Badge-Pack to access the exhibits and meeting space locations. Lost Badge-Packs are charged a replacement fee equal to the amount originally paid. Lanyards can be picked up in the registration areas and near the shuttle and taxi areas.
What is the cancellation policy for Badge-Pack registration?
Badge-Packs are non-refundable; however, name substitutions are allowed for no additional fee.
What if I misplace my Badge-Pack?
If you misplace your Badge-Pack, you will be required to show identification and purchase a replacement Badge-Pack for the price originally paid. Badge-Packs are the property of CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE, and must be surrendered upon request to Exhibition Management.
How do I register a non-industry guest?
Non-industry guests, such as spouses or children, must be registered on the attendee website. Due to security concerns, all children must be badged and accompanied by an adult at all times.
Where onsite can I purchase education sessions?
If you need changes/edits or want to purchase additional education sessions go to one of the 3 full service registration counters. All registrants are required to present their ID.

What are the fees for Onsite Education Sessions and where can I find detailed information on all sessions?

How can I get access to the Onsite Education Sessions I was unable to attend?
You can purchase access to the CONEXPO-CON/AGG Education sessions on a USB (video and audio) through online registration. The cost is $395 for 130+ unique session recordings and is separate from the all session pass. You can also purchase the recordings by topical tracks at $150 per USB. You will be mailed the USB 8 weeks after the show.
I’m not registered yet – can I make a hotel reservation?
You must register for a badge in order to make a hotel reservation through the show housing program.
What if I need to cancel my room(s) after I’ve booked them?
The cancellation deadlines vary by hotel – your reservation confirmation will note the specific policy for your reservation.

I purchased tickets for the NASCAR Ultimate Experience on Friday, March 10, how do I get my tickets?
Tickets will be distributed at the NASCAR booth on the patio of the Las Vegas Convention Center North Hall Grand Lobby.
Is transportation provided for the NASCAR Ultimate Experience on Friday, March 10?
Yes, your ticket includes roundtrip transportation to and from Las Vegas Convention Center. Shuttles begin departing at 5:30 pm between the Las Vegas Convention Center North Hall and Westgate on North Drive.
How will I get into the Foreigner Benefit Concert?
If you donated during registration to reserve your spot at the concert, your badge will be scanned at the doors of Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas starting at 7:30 PM (PST), allowing you entrance. Donations are not being accepted onsite, all spots have been reserved.
When is the Live Benefit Auction?
The live auction will be Thursday, March 9 at 4:00 to 5:00 PM (PST) in the Tech Experience. Live and online bids are being accepted. All items can be found at www.proxibid.com/ceca.
Where can I view and bid on the items in the Silent Benefit Auction?
Most items in the silent auction are on display next to the AEM Booth in the Grand Lobby, however all items are listed online at www.proxibid.com/ceca and are accepting bids until Saturday, March 11, at 3:00 PM (PST).
