Priority Space Selection Process   

Exhibitors who turned in their application by August 13, 2021 and submitted their 25% deposit, qualified to participate in the priority space selection process. Exhibitors who turn in their application after the priority deadline will be assigned after all priority round exhibitors have been assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis by Show Management.

Priority Numbers

Space selections are made in order of priority number. The priority number is calculated using the formula below, which incorporates the number of consecutive years your organization has been a member of National Fluid Power Association (NFPA), and the amount of square feet your company utilized in IFPE 2020.

Space Assignments

For the 2023 show, priority space assignments will take place in phases:

Phase Number of Priority Points Date of Assignment Procedure of Assignment
Phase 1 Exhibitors with 10 or more priority points  Mid- November 2021  Phone call appointment (Look for an email in October with your appointment time)
Phase 2 Exhibitors with 9 or fewer priority points  Early December 2021 Show Management will assign space in the best available location within the product concentration area.
