Everything from hotel information to show hours. Search General What are the show dates and exhibit hours? The next show will be held March 14-18, 2023. Hours: Tuesday - Friday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Saturday: 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Do I need to own a business or be invited by a company to attend? No, anyone can register for a badge to attend. We do ask for your company when you register, because your badge is similar to a business card. When you are interested in receiving more information, an exhibitor will scan your badge to contact you in the future. The more accurate the information you provide, the better your experience when they follow-up. Who exhibited at the show in 2020? Use our exhibitor directory to search by name, product or even keywords! Registration/Badges What are the registration rates? Tickets for IFPE 2023 will be available for purchase in August. When can I register for a badge? Tickets for IFPE 2023 will be available for purchase in August. *Your Badge will provide access to both IFPE and CONEXPO-CON/AGG. Can spouses attend the show? Yes, spouses can attend the show with a purchase of a badge. What is the cancellation policy for the show badge? Badges are non-refundable however, name substitutions will be allowed. Hotels & Travel How can I find out what hotels are available & rates? A preview rates and availability site will be available in 2022. More information will be available in the coming months. How do I book a hotel room? You will be able to book your room or rooms in August. Prior to that, you will be able to utilize our Rate & Availability Preview tool to assist you with your planning needs. Please check back for more information in August. Do you have flight discounts available? Yes, approximately six (6) months prior to the show, select airlines will offer discounts. More information will be available at a later date. Education How do I receive confirmation of Professional Development Hours (PDH)? All sessions and College Courses qualify for PDH. Those attendees that logged their participation in the mobile app will receive PDH confirmations within two weeks after the shows via email. If an attendee has not logged their request for PDH attendance must be verified and requests can be sent to email@example.com. How do I find handouts from an education session I attended? Handouts are posted to the mobile app during the show and for one week following the show in session details. After this time attendees can reach out to the speaker directly.
